MOVE + BREATHE - Vinyasa flow designed to reconnect you to your breath, your body, and the present moment. This class weaves fluid, breath-led movement with mindful transitions to build strength, mobility, and balance—both on and off the mat. Expect creative sequences, steady pacing, and opportunities to explore deeper awareness through intentional breathwork. Each class offers space to move intuitively while cultivating focus, ease, and a sense of flow. Move+Breathe invites you to slow down, tune in, and move with purpose—leaving you grounded, refreshed, and fully present.
MOVE + RELEASE - A thoughtfully paced class that blends fluid vinyasa flow with the deep, meditative stillness of yin yoga. The first half of class focuses on gentle, breath-led movement to warm the body, build mobility, and release tension through mindful transitions. As the practice slows, you’ll settle into longer-held yin postures designed to target the deeper layers of connective tissue, encourage joint health, and support nervous system regulation. This balance of effort and ease allows space for both physical release and mental quiet.
RELEASE + RECOVER - Deeply restorative yin yoga class designed to support physical recovery, nervous system regulation, and deep release. This slow, floor-based practice features long-held postures that gently target the connective tissues, joints, and fascia—encouraging flexibility, circulation, and overall joint health. With an emphasis on stillness and mindful breathing, this class creates space to unwind tension, calm the mind, and restore balance within the body. Postures are supported with props and thoughtful guidance, allowing you to settle in comfortably and safely.
PURE -
Pilates class rooted in traditional Pilates principles of precision, control, and breath. This class focuses on building deep core strength, improving posture, and enhancing overall stability through intentional, low-impact movements performed entirely on the mat.
Expect slow, controlled sequences that emphasize alignment, muscular balance, and mindful engagement. With a strong focus on the powerhouse—core, glutes, and back—Pure supports functional strength, flexibility, and long-term body awareness. PURE leaves you feeling centered, strong, and aligned—connected to your body from the inside out.
BURN - Our signature barre-inspired class designed to challenge your strength, stamina, and focus through small, intentional movements that deliver big results. This low-impact, high-intensity class targets the legs, glutes, core, and arms using isometric holds, pulses, and controlled ranges of motion.Set to energizing music, BURN creates a deep muscular shake and lasting strength without high-impact stress on the joints. Expect precise cueing, thoughtful alignment, and sequences that build heat, endurance, and tone from head to toe.
TONE - Our TONE class is our take on YogaSculpt. This dynamic, full-body workout blends intentional yoga flows with light weights and high-repetition strength work to build lean muscle and tone the entire body. Expect to move with breath while incorporating sculpting sequences designed to strengthen the arms, core, glutes, and legs—without losing the grounding elements of yoga. This class is set to motivating music and offers a steady burn while remaining low-impact and joint-friendly. Modifications and progressions are provided, making TONE accessible yet challenging for all levels. BURST- This is a high-energy, intentional movement class that blends functional strength, cardio intervals, rhythmic movement, and breathwork. Using the beat of the music and somatic patterns, BURST is designed to build resilience, increase endurance, and release hidden tension in the body. Expect purposeful sequences that are challenging and will sharpen mental clarity. BURST will leave you feeling strong, grounded, and reset. Modifications are always offered.
